The Tardy Company began in 1980 in Hereford, Texas. It included
real estate brokerage and an insurance agency. The Tardy
Company's real estate division consistently had the large

1990's in Hereford. The Tardy Company's insurance agency grew
rapidly and was asked to be included in the "Best Practices"
study that was commissioned by the Independent Insurance Agents
of America. The Tardy Company sold its insurance agency in 1996
to large independent agency that is publicly traded on the New
York Stock Exchange.
In 2000 Don opened his second real estate office in Round Rock
where he concentrates his time brokering commercial real estate
